a couple years ago scammers froze up my computer, they said the were windows. they took 400.00 from me for me to get my computer unlocked. now they are calling and leaving a message that ' the government has shut them down and that is why we are calling you to refund your money you paid to us please call 18556934999 to claim your money from windows and Apple support thank you'

they are very rude with foreign accents and they want to get into my computer. they keep calling and calling and calling leaving the same voice message. please tell me wither they are legit or not.
