We entered into a contract with USA Windows and Doors, in early 2023. Late May of 2023, they finally showed up to install. We are currently on the third door, they caused permanent damage to the exterior of our home by cutting a full foot beneath our foundation. This left us vulnerable to flooding with afternoon rain showers. In addition to this there are to many areas of permanent damage to list here. This things include: exposed wires, destroyed sheet rock, on and on. The cost to repair what they have done is nearly equivalent to the price of the windows. Additionally while making an exterior cut to our home they hung nothing to protect our home, I have been battling stage 3 cancer through this entire process, which they are aware of. I have repeatedly asked Jennifer, who claims to be the owner, to come to me with a reasonable offer. She seems to be laboring under the delusion that having to order a third door to comply with Miami-Dade Code Enforcement, is some how doing us a favor. These people need their operating license pulled, both for this company and their DBA’s and affiliated companies.
