I placed this order in April, got an email confirmation. Hadn’t heard anything about the order almost two months later, reached out to the company, they assured me it was getting shipped in the next two days. Almost three weeks go by and no shipment. I reached out for a refund, I was told it was passed along to their refund department and have not heard anything back. I have emailed them multiple times without an answer. This all began in April of 2024
