They did a prequalification loan approval with all my personal information. I was approved for all 9 windows to be done. Upon completion of the full service I would start payment options. They had two young guys here installing 4 out of the 9 that was agreed to. never heard anything or saw those boys again. I called after a week of nothing and was notified the boys had quit. waiting on new contactors and my windows had measured wrong again for the third time so no i also had to wait for new ones to be made. month goes by nothing , until I get a bill that all the service has been completed. LIE!! I have 4 windows not finished yet, gapped, and will fall out if tip to clean. The other 5 have NEVER been installed. sent the company worker in sales a video of the incomplete job with gaps , her name was E. No new windows, not all completed, others put in crooked and drafty, cant even clean them..
