Window World of Lincoln Nebraska advertises $189 windows, double hung any size installed on their website. But when you call they say the price went up this year to $209 but they have to continue to advertise the $189 because they are a franchise and it is a corporate requirement. If they advertise $189 they should sell them for $189 not $209.
