I received an email 04/18/22 stating that I had an invoice and this was a order confirmation. I called the toll free number provided 888-771-4229. The gentleman that answered spoke with a foreign accent. I stated to him that I did not order anything from Microsoft and did not want to be billed for anything. He asked for the ID number and I stated no info will be provided and that I will be contacting the BBB. The gentleman tried to talk me out of reporting it as I was dialing the number for BBB. He hung up.
