Thought was for my broken computer so called the # to cancel subscription.
Was given app support because I don't have computer for which they were given access to see my bank accounts to see if the "incorrect" over refund of 4K deposited said to my account instead of $400.00 which amount was actually $199.00 in email!
It Wasn't deposited I checked even though told not to would alert my bank and they loose job.
Then told me had to buy American Express gift cards to pay back refund of overpayment on amount saw was left in my bank account so cleared my account to buy American Express Cards. The man was on phone with me entire time told not say anything while in store. Yep fell for it . They want refund I told didn't understand why couldn't cancel refund said was computer generated. I saw on YouTube about this type get American Express cards at their limit. They saw my bank I did too but told not look at it so I hung up on them & called American Express stop cards as fraud! They did access AE card via using my phone camera. Thank God I remembered what do almost too late but maybe will be too late AE said as in process with American Express. Serious bad cause can't use or reissues the American Express gift cards until cleared, if clear in time.
Another tactic said will loose job over this serious over refund error. Also said hang up for better connection and they used multiple men of Asian decent with multiple cell numbers.
Kept saying need have me speak to manager so kept switching callers & numbers.
