Receiving phone calls from a group that says that our computer has reported that there is a virus. He wants me to sit in front of my computer and he will step me through the steps to see problems. He promises to fix the problems. My computer is not on the internet and I suspect that this is a scam. They call repeatedly even though we have asked them every time to remove us from their list. He gave me the company name of "Windows Expert 24" and he gave me his name of "Brian B***" and his number of 888-882-1979. I told him that I was going to report him and he asked that I do not call the police or the API and he would remove our number.
