Jack Mori called me and said that I had downloaded a file and they were getting an error from my computer and I had to open my computer and do what they want to fix the problem. I told them to call me back and I contacted my company IT department and they told me it was a scam. I called them back and they ask me if I paid them money. They had no idea what or who I was or what scam they did.
