Rcvd call stating that I have a refund coming, called back they didn't answer, called from cell # and they did. 10442435 password was given to get remote access, could see mouse moving

Years ago I unknowingly hired a tech support online, after the contract was up they have been wanting to send me a refund because they say the tech support company went out of business. have been harassed for several years by this Windows Tech Support refund hoax. It is very annoying. The man named Gary Watson or Wilson, finally caved and rattled off what he really wanted to do, which I couldn’t understand either. Their English is sad. I never got on the computer. They got annoyed with me. Hahahehe
