I purchased vodka for herbal tinctures on winefolder.com and received confirmation plus a seemingly valid fed ex tracking number. Several days later I received a confirmation that the order had been delivered. However the tracking number showed it had actually been returned to Pensacola, FL where the company is and never arrived in my state, Michigan. I have emailed many times asking for updates, and they did give me a new tracking number, however this new order shows the package is "stuck" in MS for 3 weeks and no one will answer my emails any longer, and no one answers their customer service line. I have asked for a refund with no response.
