How this company got my sons phone number. Upsets me. Had my last 4 social. Very rude. When i asked what it was about told me to grow up and settle debt. When i told him im in a senior home now. He said see you in court. The womens name was jessica brown. . they better take my son number off cuz i don't know how they got it or i will sue them for what i can their no . is 877-811-7320

Called saying monies were owed & someone was trying to serve me court papers! Requested payment to cancel court documents and settle with them immediately. Was very rude when called and hesitated to answer questions needed answering to verify if company was legit! SCAMMERS

Just got a call stating I was getting served papers for some credit card from 2005. Guy got real nasty when I told him to go [censored] himself that I knew it was a scam. He hung up on me as soon as he knew I wasn't buying his BS. Phone number 877-811-7320.

WINELAND AND ASSOCIATES CALLED MY PHONE AND TOLD ME SOMEONE WOULD BE COMING TO MY HOUSE TO SERVE ME SOME PAPERS IN 20 MINUTES. I ASKED HIM MY ADDRESS AND HE COULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND AFTER I STARTED USING VULGAR LANGUAGE HE WAS LAUGHING AND SAID I SHOULDN'T HAVE STOLEN MONEY FROM A CREDIT CARD IN 2008. THEY ARE SCAM AND THEY ARE BLOCKED. PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO SCAM CAUSE I HAVE NO TIME FOR THE FOOLISHNESS. THEY CALLED ME FROM PHONE# 8662496396.

I have received a phone from phone number above. The had and verified my single name. When i asked for additional information, man was rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. Did not show any respect. It also made reference to 'Mam wait to receive your papers and hang up.
