I have been receiving calls from this number for over 2 months. Occasionally they leave a Voicemail claiming to have a pending Civil Case against you and even provide you a bogus case or file number. They go on to tell you it is imperative that you call the Law Firm with a legal stop order from a lawyer OR settle. They end with if you do not choose either, they have no option other than to move forward with the civil process. They have used a couple of different Law Firm names: Winfield Legal, or Myer & Daniels. This week have even went as far as to call my 85 year old Dad, telling him that he needs to let me know to call them immediately to settle an important legal matter.

I have no unresolved debt nor have I ever been notified via mail to validate any outstanding debt-which is required under the FDCPA.
