I booked a hairstyle and makeup appointment for my brother’s wedding in Los Angeles, but could never reach the stylist to confirm - not over instagram, phone call, text, or email. And the address was for a resindential building with no instructions on how to get in touch with the stylist/which suite number they were in. They charged me a $50 deposit but with no way for me to actually get the service, as I could not verify where to go to get the hair and makeup done.
