They wanted all of my personal information down to my personal banking login information for payroll. I was supposed to be making $25 hour. Working from home. I was supposed to be making $15 hour training. The problem is that they said that they would send me all the equipment that I needed to do my job. Then I found out that that they were sending me a company checkbook . It was a regular checkbook that anyone could order online anywhere. I also had to get a few apps to be able to talk to to them. Even my interview was through text. It started out on facebook then I had to download telegram to do my interview and then what’s app to do my training. But back to the checkbook. I then find out that I have to take the first check and make it out to myself for $6000. And deposit it into my account. Then I have to pay for my equipment for the company. When I said that I wanted to go to the bank and get cash out and deposit cash into my account I was terminated! I was told that I can’t do what I wanted with the money and pay the way I wanted to. I was told that they had never had people question how they did that. I kept saying that I didn’t know them and I didn’t trust them enough to spend $6000 when I didn’t even know if their check was good. But they kept telling me that I had to show them the written out check or be terminated.
