I ordered the "Too good to be true" Nugget Ice Maker via a Facebook Advertisement on July 7, 2021. As of Nov. 29, 2021, I have not received my ice maker, however I did receive a paper mask in the mail that I never ordered. I see from another comment on this site, that two others have ordered the same ice maker and never received their purchases, either. The same ice maker is shown on their "Website" for sale for the same price of $37.98, and one of the consumers also received face mask in the mail, so I have to assume that this is their way of showing that a "delivery" was made. There is no phone number for the company on their website, only a support e-mail address, which I have send an inquiry to. I threw the mask away because I didn't know where it came from.

Ice maker is a huge scam from this company, Facebook should be ashamed of allowing these types of companies to exist on there. All China companies should not be allowed to do business here. That country is shady AF.

I found the ad through Facebook for this ice machine. The website was convincing and looked legit. I was shocked to receive 2 face masks instead of 3 ice machines in the mail. I then looked into it and found out this is a known scam on Facebook since I ordered.

I placed an order for an ice maker for 39.00 and I got an email saying that it was shipped. The email looks fake and the tracking number does not show up in any of the shipping companies. I have seen several comments now on their page that they never received anything but that they took their money.
