I followed up again on 4/16/2024 as there had still been no change or communication. I requested the order be cancelled and received the following back:
"We are really sorry for the delay.
If possible, can you keep the order and we would urge the shipment for you again? "
I then confirmed I wanted to cancel the order. The response then was to request my Zelle or Venmo information because their refund system had issues:
"Hello, we have submitted the refund application for you.
But the bank takes a long time to handle it. The time completely depends on the payment channel and the banks.
It usually takes about 5-7 days for the refund to arrive in the account.
So could you please give me the QR code of your zelle or venmo account? We will process the refund to you by Zelle or Venmo, which will reach your zelle account within 24-48 hours. Thanks.
Waiting for your reply."
I went back and forth with them again as I wasn't sending them any more information. I am getting no response other than they can't refund me without my Zelle/Venmo information.
