Found his site in the pet classifieds in NJ. Isaac referred me to his website winstonfrenchies.com, I found a puppy I liked, he then sent me a contract from his email address [email protected] and told me he needed a deposit to hold the puppy. I zelled him a deposit using the name Isaac Choge. On the day I was to pick up the puppy he told me he had to reschedule that his son is sick, I gave him several options to give me the puppy, he stopped answering my texts and calls and refused to give me back my deposit.. The number used 401 251 3768.
