I called the postal service just now. They tried to look it up using the tracking number you provided but nothing came up because that was a China-based tracking number. Per the postal service, what is needed is a "carrier-specific tracking number" (whether it be USPS, UPS, Fed Ex) in order to be able to see what happened to the package. Do you have that carrier-specific tracking number?
The postal service could only see what 17track shows them but no address or any another information that the postal service could verify.
Please provide the proper tracking number (through USPS, UPS, FedEX, DHL etc).
