We purchased their Treepod Cabana for $79.99 (large enough for 2-3 adults) and used PayPal for payment. When the shipment finally came, we only received a tiny trinket worth pennies. They do not respond to emails and there is no other means to contact them or lodge a complaint or concern. They do not respond to PayPal. No mailing address, no phone, no means to return or file reviews.
