I ordered the solar power bank Oct 5th 2024. After a few weeks I tried tracking and was given information about where the order was suppose to be. I would get updates and then after a month I emailed [email protected] and was told order couldn't be delivered because of postage due. I replied and ask to be canceled and a refund. They said not possible. I tried to contact PayPal and was told to contact the company. I tried and was told the package was delivered Nov. 4th and was left on front porch. It was not! I emailed i was going to report them and i haven't heard anything. When I try to track it now it is showing the package is in Pontiac MI.
