The scammer created an email survey from "Dick's Sporting goods" claiming you could get a free item, just pay shipping. You answer all the questions about your shopping experience at Dick's then submit payment for shipping, $8.97. Once the payment is submitted you receive a "confirmation email" stating you've been entered in a sweepstakes and monthly plan. After the $8.97 charge you will then be charged an additional $24.99 for an "EAT WELL" app, "FITGNX", that was never indicated anywhere in the email or throughout the survey. The scammer is using copied images, products, and logos from Dick's Sporting Goods to portray legitimacy. The scammer is also associated with "Master Sweeps".
