I purchased a pair of cowboy boots online from Wirolami Store on June 15,2023. When purchasing, they advertised it would be shipped 3-7 business days after order was confirmed. The order was confirmed with in minutes of placing the order. Once the 3-7 business day window passed, I reached out to the company to check status of my order. They stated it wouldn't be ready to ship until after July 10,2023. July 10th came and went but I didn't get a shipping notification. I had sent 2 emails asking for a refund that went unanswered on 7/03/2023 and 07/05/2023. I sent another chat to them on August 5,2023 to please cancel my order. On August 9,2023, I received an email saying that my order has been shipped with a USPS tracking number. However- the tracking number is invalid with USPS. I sent a follow up email on 9/06/23 asking for another refund and the support team stated they are still working on the boots as these are "hand made" and not mass-produced and would only refund me 15% once the boots were delivered. This business has a store front on Amazon and I think they are scamming people out of money.
