I received a poorly written text message with instructions to log into an account to update information for unemployment benefits. It reads, "WIS:CONSIN DEPT OF WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT: We noticed that your UI benefit is Under Review, You are required to reactivate your benefit acct with us within 48hrs to continue eligible for weekly benefits, logon http://my.unemploymentimhsd.top/Claimants/account/logon/

(Notice all the mistakes, capital letters where they shouldn't be and poor grammar. And Http without the "S." Surely this isn't coming from a state agency).
