Contacted Bob T*** of Wise Moving and Smart Packing a month prior to my scheduled move and discussed plans on the phone. He wanted a $100 deposit which I thought was reasonable. Two weeks prior to the move, his local mover confirmed the dates and also the day before to set up time

Nov 6th day of move - No Show, No Call. A few calls made later they were trying to get a crew together but no luck. Received a text later from another crew under Wise Moving and scheduled for Nov 7th at 8:00 am. The driver wanted another $100 deposit but I declined to give him one

Nov 7th No Show, No Call Tried multiple times to get info but got more excuses and no crew to move me. Now it is costing me money and time for his failure to perform

I asked for my refund back and he said he would but later he stated that I am not entitled to a refund. Later he then said dispute the payment on Paypal and he would provide the refund. It has been 4 days and still no refund.
