Purchased a product from a Facebook ad and finally received the product. The product was poorly made so I emailed them for a refund. The company can only be reached by email. After several emails they will offer 20% refund and keep the awful product or pay $20 to ship it back to China and they state in the email they may not receive the product because of risk of loss and customs can obtain it. One excuse after another. The product had a return shipping address in the USA but they state if I mail it to that address there will be no refund. My credit card won’t dispute the transaction without it being returned.
