I thought I was ordering directly from Aldi online. During the order process the site must have redirected me. I received an email confirmation of the order followed by email confirmation it had been shipped. Upon checking tracking a few times, i could set it was in transit from Hongb Kong, and eventually the tracking showed it was delivered to my mailbox. It was never delivered and I contacted customer service at the bottom of the order confirmation email. They offered to track it, and a few days later responded that it was delivered according to the address I provided. I disputed that and they offered 30% refund.
I have since learned this is scam.
