Purchased an item through withgifts.com with a promised delivery date equating to 13 December 2023. Never received the item. Contacted the company to find out its location and was given a site to track the item. The site was in Chinese but through google translate figured out that the item was allegedly transported via air on December 7th. Subsequent communications with the company have led to no resolution. They denied my request for a refund and have ceased communications.

When I was able to see reviews of this site on trustpilot.com, this experience was common.
