I was surfing the internet looking to find a patio heater for sale for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. I cruised across the WIUGNAL website which seem to offer a variety of patio heaters in which I found it very difficult to acquire a heater at the local stores in my area at the time. I placed my order through Paypal and later received an email stating that the shipment will be coming from another place and it would be delayed and later followed by the email that I posted below. After a few weeks, I sent the company an email asking about the whereabouts of the ordered item. I never received a response and was unable to reach anyone at the number provided. It was a constant busy signal. I placed a dispute with Paypal asking for a full refund due to not getting my item or a response. Paypal finally provided me with a response and a tracking number for an item that the company stated was delivered to me 6 days prior to my Paypal dispute. I contacted the Post office in my town and was informed that the tracking number provided was delivered in an 8 oz package to an address that wasn't mine. The postmaster stated that a lot of scam artists were utilizing old tracking numbers to provide proof of an item being delivered when it wasn't the actualy I spoke with Paypal who stated that they had planned to close my dispute out due to a tracking number being provided although filed a claim for not receiving after the actual stated delivery date. I have an opportunity to still recoup my monies by providing a document from the post office that stated that the item wasn't delivered to me and that a patio heater was not the item delivered in an 8 oz package. The post office was unable to provide with the documentation off of the screen due to confidentiality, but provided me with a hand written stamped letter with the information that I requested. I scanned the information to Paypal and I am awaiting their decision.
