My girlfriend ordered from Wivovo in the beginning of November. After a month of waiting, she contacted them asking how far the products are. They didn't answer her email as well as multiple following emails. She finally asked to cancel the order and get a refund, to which she received an email that the order has been cancelled. After another month of contacting them with no responses she still hasn't received the refund. They recently responded to my instagram message and asked for the order number. After that they ignored my further messages. I advise everyone to stay away from this website:)

On August 15th I ordered a car air freshener that looks like a record player through an Instagram ad, and paid for it via Shopify on my credit card. When I still hadn't received an email that it had been shipping I contacted them on August 18th asking when it would be shipped. They said there was a delay. On August 26th and August 28th, I contacted them again asking them to cancel and refund my order. On August 30th they said it was on the way. I responded immediately telling them to refund me immediately. Today, September 1st I got an email from them with one single word in the response: "Weirdo". I'm livid. DO NOT ORDER FROM WIVIVO!!
