On Saturday Morning Mar. 2nd 2024 My Husband And I Were Walking Back From The Store. I Checked The Mailbox Before Entering My Home. I Noticed That A Piece Of Priority Mail Package In The Mailbox. So I Go In The House Open The Mail And Noticed That It Was A Cashier's Check For $1,872 Addressed To Me From A Bank Named SunCoast Credit Union, So I Immediately Asked My Husband Is This Real Check Or What?? He's Looking To Make Sure, Said It's A Real Check But Why Would A Bank Send Me A Large Check Like That When I Don't Live, Work, Go To School Or Anything In Florida? So Im Calling Around To See Who Cash Cashier's Checks ,But I Couldn't Get It Cashed, NOBODY Does Cashier's Checks Where Im From. So Over The Weekend We're Trying To Figure Out What's Going On With The Check Until Monday Morning Came. My Husband Looked Up The Remitter It Said Something About A Construction Company, Then Something Else About Pomona Pirooz In California. I Don't Know It's A Mess. So I Looked Up The Tracking Number Over The Weekend It Said That The Package Was Delivered March 1st EXACTLY @ 4:00 PM. So When Monday Morning Mar. 4th I Called SunCoast Credit Union And I Asked To Speak To The Owner Of SunCoast, I Didn't Speak To Him, But I Did Speak With Someone. I Told Her That Y'all Sent Me A Cashier's Check, But For What? She Asked What Do I Mean? I Said That I Received A Priority Mail Package A Cashier's Check From Y'all, It Has My Name On It. She Asked For My Name And Member ID. I Gave Her My Name But I Also Told Her That I Don't Have A Member ID. That's When She Said "So We Sent You A Check But You Don't Have A Member ID? I Said Yes, She Put Me On Hold, She Said She Couldn't Find My Name, I Told Her That's It's For $1,872 She Still Said No, They Didn't Send It. They Do Pay In Person. So I Called USPS Where I'm From To Get More Information On Who Sent It, I Couldn't Get Nothing Besides What's Printed On This Priority Mail Package. It Came From Somewhere In California.

Wanted to start a web page, bought one for a year, 60.00, they took my credit card info. Site to difficult for me to do, so I left it. Several days ago I get a notice that it was up for renewal. I wrote back and said cancel, they say they never received that email and now charging me for another year, via the credit card they have on file.
I have tried to find a phone number or email for Customer Service, but very very difficult to find. I am always suspicious when I cannot find an email or phone number. This seems to be a recurring method with many tech companies of web sites. Take the money than make the consumer find how to stop the service. If someone had come into the bank and stole 60.00, it would be considered robbery, but this is just what they do. Take the money than see if the consumer can find a way to complain or ask for money back.. It is a tech scam.
