I ordered shoes that never came. Was never provided a tracking number. Website was wixgifts but my credit card statement was charged for a pay pal account.

Website sold Jordan’s. Unknown that Jordan’s are fake until delivery. Website state 30 day money back guarantee but that was also a lie.

I purchased a pair of sneakers on wixgifts.com. I had done a search on the specific shoe model and the shopping results showed it was being sold at wixgifts.com, and for $10-$15 cheaper than it was available on other sites. At the time of purchase, the site seemed legit but in retrospect, had I taken a little more time to explore the site, I would have seen a lot of red flags. shortly after I made the purchase, I realized that the shipping information wasn't updating and I did the due diligence I should have done to begin with. (The USPS tracking showed that a label had been created but the package had not been brought to a USPS location and scanned into the system. I sell things on **** and ******** all the time, I'm very familiar with the progression of USPS tracking. Web searches for the name of the site/customer reviews/caveat emptor warnings came up with TOTALLY nothing. A search on the address of their "warehouse" showed a tiny 1-family home in an industrial area in New Jersey. (Based on the language skills in my email back and forth with them, I HIGHLY doubt these people are actually based in the US.) I've attached our email correspondence which has been ludicrous and crazy-making. (Their website has no phone number listed.) They refuse to verify where the item is being shipped from. They simultaneously claim the delay is because of USPS, AND that the reason the tracking hasn't updated is because the item is still on its way to the USPS. I did a search on the NJ home they claim is their headquarters and found the name of owner, ***** *********. I found him on Facebook and sent him a message saying I suspected his address was being used fraudulently. I have not heard back.
