I worked for them for 2 weeks and repaired 10 different vehicles . They kept making up reasons they could pay me and then ultimately said I violated the contract and that they were holding my pay in lieu of a 10,000 judgement they were filing against me. All total lies. Chester Anderson is the man behind the scam. He is unwilling to speak on the phone because he's a theif and a coward

Electronic throttle light indicator came in on my vehicle and car would not start although there was power and juice getting thru to the starter. mechanic burned out the starter, charged us to replace the starter then claimed that it was a crank shaft sensor. Changed that and the spark plugs and air filter and the car did start but would run with out stalling (like it was a throttle issue.) The invoice they sent was for under a$1000.00 but the charges to the credit card were closer to $1300.00.
Because they couldn't read any codes they said it would need a code reset from the Jeep dealership. Jeep said no and wanted to charge and additional $300.00 for a diagnostic. Today the car would not start.

Email sent to their customer service email to document the experience. Have since sent a follow up email and the email now bounces back as not an active email.

Following up again. I have not received the confirmation that the reimbursement for the charge on 9/17 for $1314.12 has been processed.

As a reminder, your mechanics (Scott) diagnosis of the vehicle issue was a fuel pump failure and that it needed to be replaced and this job would take 4 hours. Your mechanic did not complete the work in the quoted time and after 4 DAYS of the vehicle being disassemble we asked for your company to discontinue your service so we could have it towed, diagnosed and repaired by an auto shop.

Your tech had communicated that the repair would be complete the day of service requested and was going to go get the part. What he didn't share was he was going to drive to Yelm to pick this up vs using a local part supplier, therefore did not return that day. The next day, he did not arrive until 330pm and called to explain that he had to stop in Lacey before headed to Mill Creek. Then called again stating there was bad traffic due to an accident and it was going to take hours to get to Mill Creek. I checked the drive time, knowing it usually takes 1.5 hours from Lacey to Mill creek as I make that drive often myself and there were no traffic alerts.amd GPS showed usual travel times. The tech was onsite until at least 10pm then and did not complete the 4 hr job in those 7ish hours, despite having a helper with him, which he later shared was just a highschool friend. The next day he arrived at 11:45am and at 10:45pm the job was still not complete even though the multiple times I checked on him he'd state he just needed to put the tire back on. We checked on him again around 11 and he was sleeping in his vehicle in our neighborhood. The next day, he again arrived around 11:45am stating he just needed to put the tire on. This again was not completed after a few hours and at that time we called asking you to have your tech put the tire on and leave. We would seek services elsewhere. Wednesday we had it towed to an auto shop only for them to tell us the fuel needed to burn off instead of replacing the fuel pump. They finished the incomplete installation of the fuel pump your technician said was complete,.verified the parts he did complete were correct, installed the straps to the gas tank that your technician left at our doorstep and verified that the tire was reinstalled correctly.

Wednesday evening I received a call from Jordan apologizing for the services received and was assured that this is not their normal level of service. Jordan communicated and was agreeable that a full refund would be issued and stated that he submitted the refund request while we were on the phone. I requested a confirmation email to [email protected] when the refund had been submitted and have yet to receive.

Further investigation by an alternative mechanic determined that the fuel pump Wizard Mechanics installed was a spray painted used part!

I called to have my door handles fixed on my car and paid for the service. gave them my card info and they said they would be here at 11am. no one showed, no one called to say anything by 11:20 am so I called the number, and no one answered multiple times. I filed for a dispute and then they called back arguing with me about missing the appointment and told me that since I filed a dispute, they would also file a dispute and win it. Then hung up on me.

in the process they called from 2 pdx phone numbers and a Texas phone number.
