That was sent to me 2X by 2 different "people"

I ordered a sweater from this company back on April 6th. Still haven’t received the sweater. Emailed the company and they said the order was lost in the mail. I asked for refund. They said they don’t do refunds but would send the sweater once it was located. A month later still no sweater. Emailed company again and asked for full refund. This time they told me they would do a partial refund and the product would still come in the mail. Still no refund or sweater. Emailed them a third time and it’s the same story. Product was lost in mail and they don’t do refunds. Told me to be patient. At this point I don’t even want the sweater anymore. I just want my money back.

I ordered a winter coat on their website. I then waited about a 1-2 weeks for an update on a winter coat I ordered. When I followed up, they claimed that the processing/shipping takes longer than suggested on their website. I waited for another week, and sent an inquiry. I was once again told about the processing time. At that point, I asked for a refund as I needed the jacket for the winter and based on the information I received I would not receive the jacket until after winter. I was told the order was already in process and I could not cancel or receive a refund. I followed up again 2 weeks later, still NO updates. I once again demanded a refund, which they then sent me a tracking number. I waited another 1-2 weeks NO movement. I reach out again, and now they're saying the item was lost in transit. I then demanded a refund, and they had the nerve to offer me a $20 store credit to reuse online. I demanded my money back once again, and they have stop responding. It has now been over 2 months, and I am working with my bank to get my money back. Do not do business with this company! Although they have a US address online, this company is not in the US and the address they're using belongs to another business.

I made a purchase in August 2023. The company denied me a refund less than 24 hours after placing the order once I found out their shipping times were unreasonable. They immediately followed up with a fake tracking number. At present (18 weeks since the order) the order has never been delivered nor has any tracking updates.

Email responses (if there are any at all) are unrelated to my questions. Every response offers an ineffective tracking number to feign customer service and absolutely no reliable information.

The only important fact is that my order from 18 weeks ago was never delivered. The only solution is an irrefutable refund. However, this company plays customer service games to create distractions and avoid the simple refund.

This is a scam company.

Attached are two screenshots of email responses guaranteeing a refund. These programmed responses only delay any solution and offer nothing. The responses dropped off after these communications and now only offer me the fake tracking number yet again.

I ordered an item a month ago.still haven't received any thing yet ,cant track the product and cant get in contact with anyone to get my money returned.

I ordered a winter coat on their website. I then waited about a week to get an update on tracking information for my coat. I watched for updates but the parcel never moved so after 30 days per their return policy I contacted support requesting a cancellation. Days later I finally get a response saying that the package has shipped and there is nothing I can do until it arrives. 45 days later I reach out again asking for a cancellation because my package is still sitting at their warehouse. I get the same response days later "Since the item has shipped there is no way to cancel the order". I sternly expressed my displeasure in a final email and surprisingly they did email back again WEEKS later. They said that my order was out of stock and would be happy to offer me store credit and a free watch for my frustration. I've declined that offer and asked for a refund again. They seem to have cancelled my order but there is no word on when or if I'm being refunded. It has taken 115 days at the time of writing to have gotten to this point in my resolution which still is not concluded. utterly ridiculous.

There are a multitude of people who have been taken advantage of. Some of the things reported on are.

They use false information to delay resolutions of disputes.

They fail to communicate with the customer and are dishonest about what is going on until forced to act.

They will stop replying to messages to avoid resolution.

Those who do receive a product are dissatisfied with the quality and sizing. They feel they did not get what they paid for.

Some more on the company. WM Studios is a Chinese company that pretends to be based out of Los Angeles California.

They rent a "virtual address" for a front for the business located at 10880 Wilshire Blvd. Suite 1101, Los Angeles, CA 90024

Their phone support +1 800-264-6113 Is just a third party customer service department who has no access to and no control over anything to do with WM Studios business operations. it is an entirely separate entity and acts as some sort of man operated voicemail service for WM Studios.
