“Company” has website you can order from. They send your order with a tracking number and when the item arrives it is a cheap hat (I ordered a bed set). When I informed them of the mistake they said they would resend. I tracked the package and it was “lost in shipment”. I’ve been in touch with their customer service for months now and was informed I would be getting a refund, which I never received. They also tried to bargain with me asking if they could just send $20 dollars as a refund instead of my full purchase price of $29.95. A different person with a different email address sent me an email saying that my package was en route (after I was told I would receive a refund) instead of a refund. They informed me the package had been delivered, but the tracking number showed the package was delivered to Queensland Australia. I live in Canada. I informed them of this and have not received a response.

I would understand if it was an anomaly for the company however their facebook page has multiple comments from other people that have been scammed the exact same way.
