I ordered 5/6 pairs of jeans and one piece outfits for the holiday and also my birthday. I paid and my things were never delivered. On top of a fake tracker having me going to the post office to pick up a package that was never shipped. That was my last at the time in October of 2023. I just wanted to look cute for Thanksgiving, my birthday, Christmas and the New Year. But that didn’t happen. I also didn’t recover a refund bc the website just disappeared and the email wasn’t working. I was so discouraged.

I had placed an order (based on an advertisement of low prices through Facebook ad) for some clothing thinking it was Fashion Nova) and come to find out it was a company impersonating them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for my order. Most companies tracking numbers are on point and I can track with no issues. I had to email these people multiple times and the tracking numbers changed each time as well as the courier website. Then one time I checked it said the merchandise was delivered and it never was. Attempted to have them send it out a second time and as of today it still had not been delivered. Also on that second “reshipment” there were two different tracking numbers given on two different web sites. I want my money back and they told me on the first dispute they could not get my money reimbursed. I believe they lied to get me to not report them. However, I wanted to say this happened to me as well and don’t want it to happen to anyone else.

Order in Dec 2023 and never received my order. Tracking stating I did receive order which I did not. I have been emailing them since Jan 2024 with the same email reply from them. I am out of $84.+ . I do not have money and on a fixed budget. Do not order from them. It starts with FashionNova also.

Order clothing that was suppose to be from Fashion Nova on December 13th for my birthday on January 13th. Never received tracking says delivered to Ithaca, MI. I live in Norfolk, VA. Reached out via the chat on their website never received a reply. I have disputed the charge 3 times and each time have been denied by my bank.

Opposed themselves as a online boutique under a very popular boutique named fashion Nova kept sending out tracking information. Kept apologizing for delays. But no merchandise is ever sent out. This has been since the beginning of December

I saw an add on instagram that looked legitimate like Fashion Nova. I clicked it brought some stuff and never got it. China is like the scammer capital of the world to me.The stuff shipped from “China” and it’s been a month. I clicked the email to view my order and guess what sorry we can’t find your order nor do they have a number to call. It was just some lame email to correspond with someone if there was an issue with the order. Womanimpression.com is not legitimate and they have no ties to Fashion Nova whatsoever. So, I just want to put other people up on the game so they don’t lose out like I did. I’m just glad it wasn’t an obscene amount of money. It still hurts though. I paid with my credit card.
