On July 2, 2022 I saw an add on Facebook for Clark Shoes summer clearance sale. I ordered 2 pair of shoes. Order confirmation email came from Womensfashion.com order # 10326308_1167. The shoes arrived on July 29, 2022 and were not of the Clark brand nor did they properly fit. I began sending emails asking for a refund. Finally on Aug 5, 2022 I received a response from a Jean Bach [email protected]. The email stated, " You need to send photos that show our add is misleading with Clark. Kindly send them to me for a better check. If the product you received is not true to the attached size chart, please send me picture of the outsole of the items when measured with a ruler to show its actual size and photos of your foot measurement and phots of the size label and shipping label within the next 48 hrs. I took all the requested photos as well as downloaded screen shots from the Clark Shoes website. These pictures with detailed explanations were sent within the 48 hr window. Jean Bach's email also included a link to their return policy: https:/www.happyshop2022.com/policies/refund-policy. Item #3 of the policy states, "Within 02 business days from the date we received full evidence of your complaint, we will review the case and offer you an appropriate solution." Five days have passed and I have not heard from them even after continued emails and phone calls. Item #4 of policy states, " After we confirm via email that you are eligible for a refund or replacement, your refund/replacement will be processed by our internal team within 07 business days of confirmation." I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on Aug 11 and they responded on Aug 12. Their response stated, " ScamPulse.com regrets to inform you that the mail we sent to the business was returned as UNDELIVERABLE or they are no longer in business. As the business could not be reached the complaint was closed. Should you be able to provide a more current mailing address for the company, the ScamPulse.com will attempt to assist you again. In trying to find a different address I called the only phone number I could find. When I plugged the number into my phone the name "Mychildress" appeared. I looked this site up on the internet and discovered under the contacts tab that this site has the exact same physical address, email, and phone number as the Womensfashion site where I ordered the shoes. I have continued to call the number and am unsuccessful. The voice mail message asks to leave order number, email, and phone number and they will return the call. I have left the requested info and no one has called me back. I have pictures and all the emails from July 2 - Aug 7 from this company. But have had no correspondence with them since. It is like they have vanished. I am requesting a desired settlement for $89.99
