I still have not received the item

the site www.womensbottomsus.com is a scam. i ordered a jacket and its been a month, i recd nothing. they charged my ccard though, they wont respond to the messages and email. there is no order confirmation either. i have started a dispute claim and my bank has refunded the money as of today (month later) so this seller - www.womensbottomsus.com - is 100 percent fraud.

I ordered the patagonia macro puffer jacket at https://www.womensbottomsus.com/women-s-jackets/women-s-jackets-women-s-down-ins...⇄ I never received a confirmation nor was there any order information on the website. I realized this was a scam immediately and tried to call the bank to cancel, but the charge was already made. So I made a dispute claim. in the meantime I also wrote to the email and the feedback on website. No response. Next day someone charged 800 USD but luckily bank declined. So, we had to go through the hassle of changing the credit card at a very critical travel week. This company is complete fraud. I have spent hours with my bank to dispute and many forms had to be filled. Very annoying. Such companies should be erased from the face of the earth. I have recorded this incident with many sites, but they feel that this website is new and havent recd any complaints yet. Please penalize this seller.It has been a month now and I still have not received the product.

I bought an insulated jacket on this site for 97$. I did not receive any confirmation. I tried to contact them many times via website and email. No response. In the meantime my credit card charge for 97$ went through. On top of that they attempted to charge 800$ through a hotel booking in UK as well at the same day. Luckily my bank declined that later charge. So, I just lost 97$... this site is a scam. This merchant is a fraud.
