I applied for PPP assistance through Oto Analytics dba Womply with the understanding they would process the information and connect me with a lender. After uploading personal information, including part of my tax return and a bank statement, their technology did not work to complete the application. I tried to get technical support from them but there is NO way to access help or any customer service. It gives a customer service number that says "is closed down"; says there is "live chat support" on the website. There is none. All phone numbers affiliated with this company appear to be fake/fraudulent. It says to email "[email protected]" I did that and immediately got a reply that that is not a legitimate email. I tried to cancel my application (there is a "cancel application" button on the web application). I clicked and a confirmed that I wanted to cancel my application but continue to get emails every day from them saying I need to complete my "identity check" - the very step in the process that doesn't work even when trying to complete on my phone and several different types of computers. I either need to talk to an actual employee of Womply to get technical help and the assurance that this is not a scam. I also need to know that my personal information is removed from their system now that I have canceled my application.

Okay so I apply for a PPP SBA for getting this loan on April 1st by April 25th I had all the requirements done all party signed off SBA signed off approved of it PPP loan signed up on the bar signed off the lender so now it is April 25th and all the requirements are done now the banking information is Right correct and I've been checked double checked now time to send the money and the 26th I get an email at 7:00 in the morning saying that that the funding was rejected due to my bank or to do to my banker my bank rejected you so by 17 on the same day which is the 26th I call my bank and me and my bank customer service lady lick there's no paper trail there's not even there's not even a sign saying that they sent the money question so what I want to go try to call one please there's no number then the number that they have on this site it hangs up on you it says you have the wrong number there's no email address this this is not they have no way of sending it back to the there's no email to send it back to you so there's no way that you I can get in contact with one please PPP loan there's I call SBA SBA hung up on me they're saying if they have nothing to do with it I call PPP there is no one that can help me but all parties signed off on I signed the promissory note my information social security number is in the hands of people that I don't know there's no way that they can get in contact with you people

My social security number has been hacked and someone is trying to apply for a payroll protection loan under my name. I have tried calling, emailing and IM to this company and they only send me back automated responses. I have told them to stop the loan process that I did not authorize or apply for and I do not know get back to log into my account to check the status of my loan. I also can not log into the account to stop the process since the person that hacked my social security number used their phone number and not mine.

These guys claim to help you get a PPP loan. You fill out all your information and even upload tax documents. Once you complete the information they never send you a confirmation or respond to emails or calls. They also have you login to your bank account. I thought this was a legitimate company but its not.
