I received a phone call by this number in which they claimed I had won a lottery or sweepstakes because my number was drawn from a raffle . They proceeded to offer me some kind of queer housing program , When I asked what state this is for they replied GUAM, So I said perfect. I’ve been waiting for this for a long time now. (Sarcasm , also i live in hawaii ) These are a few signs of the scammer, either trying to get information out of me through a lottery or raffle winnings. I asked repeatedly where my contact was found, and who they were before they finally hung up.
