Communication by email and text with seller. Seller provided photos and videos of the puppy we hoped to purchase. Process was smooth, and communication was great until shipping. They then asked for $700-$1000 for a special cargo crate for the puppy. Which I declined. The person shipping the dog called me from the same telephone number as the seller.
