Horrible company

Was told certain information when I had purchased pack. I've had nothing but problems with this and went to go to return it and they have no refund policy they do not stand behind their product and I do not recommend this product it's garbage. I was told that it would take a couple minutes to reset but now they're saying you have to boil it for 20 minutes who has time for that. I had spent 120 dollars on this, I will be contacting my bank for fraud and attorney general for selling defective product.

You have to boil it for 20 minutes so the sodium acetate gel liquefies again. If you're not willing to do that, then thats your fault, not the company. The product works as instructed and is quite nice. Wouldn't pay full price for it though. Got mine 50% off.

PRODUCT DISPLAY SWITCH-A-ROO

The salesperson displayed an item that was not the same item that they sold me. Totally a scam. The heat/cold pax became solid as a rock. Not useable. The address is attached in my photos if you use your cellphone you can adjust the screen to review the email communication.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

This “company” rents temporary kiosk spaces at malls during the Christm[censored]iday season. They grab people walking by and demonstrate their warming pads. They conveniently disappear on the day before Christmas. The Mall claims no liability of course. These products specifically say they can be used over and over and so do the representatives. They are costly. They definitely cannot be used more than once. I followed their directions. Specifically. And the product remains in a crystallized useless state. Upon contacting customer service, they say they do not offer refunds. Directly contradicting what they say upon purchasing. The receipt does not say “no refunds” or “final sale” either. We paid one hundred and sixty dollars for a bunch of useless junk. They offered replacement. They clearly don’t work. This is a hit and run holiday rental kiosk gypsy type scam if I ever saw one! They need to be stopped.

I just bought mine today. You have to get it hot enough in boiling water in order for it to become clear liquid again. It's worked twice for me in one day now.
