On March 15, I booked a reservation (# *******), August 4-11, on Wonders of the Seas with Jordan Lynch (see reservation attached). On March 17, two withdrawals were made from my Credit Card.
Since I haven’t heard from RC, and we are one month away from cruising, I logged into my account and noticed no trips were booked. I subsequently spoke to an online chat person representing RC. I spoke with an online person (see transcript) and was told that my trip was cancelled. When I inquired about the reason for the cancellation, I was told they had the wrong email address. This response doesn’t make sense, given that I received an email from Jordan Lynch following my conversation.
