Product advertised was a 12 inch 25.0 Cc Gas 2-stroke cycle manual chainsaw. When ordered it said the exact same thing with a picture of a 12 inch chainsaw. When they confirmed my order it also had a picture and said that a chainsaw would be shipped immediately. When the package came it was a chain only. Contacted them by email and they said that that’s what was advertised - which it was not - and they refused to refund. I attached a picture of the actual advertisement. Since I couldn’t add more than one picture I wasn’t able to share what I received and or the email showing proof of what they said they were going to send me.

I have contacted my credit card company and they have given me a credit for that amount. However, they said that we need to notify the Better Business Bureau so that y’all would have it on record and possibly be able to stop this from happening if y’all get enough complaints on this company. Thank you very much.
