I contact Woobilly to return their products for a refund. They promised me a refund of 38$ in April 2023 and I could keep the products I was unsatisfied with. It's now August 2023 and I still have not recieved my 38$ partial refund. I have a 20+ email theard discussing the refund and they keep going in circles, repeating the same information but never gave me my money back.

I reached out asking for tracking. They gave me a fake number I believed and it is just sitting in china and not moving but the woobilly website says it’s fulfilled. They did chat with me and made me think something would ship but it is doing the same thing since I bought the items.

They sent a product in the mail that was not as advertised. Once I inquired about getting a refund they offered to give me 15% off of my next purchase instead. When I declined and asked for a full refund as their website stated they offer “hassle free”, they said they only would give me a partial refund unless I could get the goods back to Hong Kong. I decided it would be too much hassle to have to try to send it back so I accepted a loss and a deal where they offered me a partial refund. They said that it will be posted to my bank and I never received the money. I have followed up numerous times and have yet to hear back.

I purchased some bras from this website upon looking up their information I quickly learned they had a one star rating from people who have been scammed from them. It has been one month and they have me yet to refund my money or send my merchandise.
