Bought lamps on Feb 20th, 2023 from an online company WoodVenture that I saw advertised on Instagram. When it had been several weeks without any update on the tracking number they provided, I reached out to their customer service via email and got a vague response about general shipping delays. I then got an email that my package was on the way, but when I clicked on the tracking information link it still said it was awaiting shipment. At the end of March I still had not received it and was leaving my residence, so asked them to cancel the order. On March 27th I got an email saying they would provide a refund "within the next 7-10 banking days". A month later, I am still waiting for the refund. Multiple emails to their customer service number have been unanswered and their website is now down.

I ordered a lamp from this company. Never was delivered. Using the phone number on website, we were never able to talk to anyone. No responses to our emails. We were given a tracking number to a Chinese shipping company that just says “processing”. Looking at their Facebook page we see comments of others that had the same problem. No product yet still charged our credit card. We ordered this item more than three months ago.
