I was looking to purchase a Rug Doctor portable steam cleaner and was directed to this store and walmart, among others, to purchase it. Since the price listed was $146, compared to Walmart's price of $189, I chose the WoodMart.com website to make my purchase. I purchased the steam cleaner through my PayPal account, but started getting suspicious when I did not receive and e-mail confirmation of my purchase nor any shipping information. I had no way to contact anyone through the website, as the email listed is not a valid email address, and didn't get an answer to the phone# 971-350-9432. Somehow my Outlook pulled up this address when I clicked on one of the contact us links (don't remember which one) "[email protected]" where I sent an email demanding that the order be cancelled and the charges refunded to my account as I no longer authorized the transaction. This was done within an hour from the original purchase time, as I couldn't speak to anyone at PayPal about this either. My PayPal account was charged by an individual named "Lam Hoang Kiet", NOT WoodMart.com, as I had expected it to be.

I've already filed an unauthorized transaction claim to my PayPal account, but I won't know if my money will be refunded, or not, for at least 10 days! My next step will be to file a police report if I don't hear back from the seller... doubtful, since I don't even know if the email address is legitimate either. Please beware of Online Stores that you're directed to by images of products you wish to purchase (from the shopping tab) and that you don't recognize!! When I type in Woodmart.com it pulls up a completely different website about wood shutters, and not the one that shows on the listing with image of the Rug Doctor Pro Portable Steam cleaner!
