we initially paid for a month stay for a church member with Pastor credit card, the person allowed to stay came in the next day and the general manger had person sign another billing for the same amount for another one month stay. we contacted manager by phone and in person to let her know there was a mistake and she did not accept the fact she made a mistake and was not willing to reimburse the amount to card. we tried to contact the company organization, they said "sorry, if manager wont do it we cant. I tried to contact the credit card company and the said, " the only way to get reimbursed is by the hotel itself. The manager still is not willing to reimburse our card for the fraudulent mistake. I feel we have been scammed and have claimed fraud with no care from hotel or credit card company to help us. we are a church and it hurts our budget and members with this enormous amount charged. Please let all know who want to stay at this hotel they could be in for a world of shock. Thank you, Office Manager for Carpenters Cross Baptist Church
