Complaint Regarding Scam Interview Email and Job Offer
Dear Candidate,
I am writing to advise you that Woodward, Inc has received your application for the position of Entry Level / Administrative Virtual Assistant that we have listed.
Woodward, Inc requires your talents, and you have been chosen as one of the contenders for the open post. The purpose of this interview is for us to learn more about you and for you to ask any questions you may have. We want to make sure that your abilities, goals, and ambitions match the culture of our organization and the role.
If you are still interested in this opportunity, please respond with "YES" and a copy of your CV, as well as acknowledge receipt of this email.

Then I replied Yes, I acknowledge receipt of your email and attached my resume.
Then I received another email with a file of screening questions as below:

Next day, September 14th, 2023 I received an offer as below:
Dear Candidate,
I am pleased to notify you that the company has decided to hire you as one of our Entry Level / Administrative Virtual Assistant (REMOTE) owing to your degree of expertise and working qualities. I congratulate you on your accomplishment on behalf of our firm. You are now being offered a position with Woodward, Inc.
We feel that your knowledge, talents, and experience would be an excellent fit for our creative team and would contribute significantly to the Company's overall success.
You will receive your duties everyday via email or through the company’s uplink portal and a supervisor will be online to walk you through your tasks. You will be undergoing a 5 day online training, via zoom, immediately after setting up your mini office.
We are starting you with $40 per hour and you will receive your pay weekly via wire transfer, direct deposit or check, depending on which you prefer. Benefits include: Health and Dental Insurance, Employee Wellness and Paid Time Off. You will be enrolled for other benefits after a period of 3 months of working with us.
We are going to be communicating virtually till after 5 days of working with us, subsequently a user and password will be given to you including an up link to the company server and a list of contact phone numbers to various departments will be sent to you including all necessary forms to fill out.
Before you start work, you will receive a payment(check) which will be used to set up your mini office by purchasing the office equipment and software needed to start your training and work.
You will be receiving your employment offer Letter from HR via email to sign. Our aim is for you to start training as soon as possible.

I sent my information as request to email [email protected] and an hour later I got this reply:
Hello Myle Pham Tin,
Congratulations on your new position at Woodward, Inc. The corporate employment offer letter, which you must sign, is attached to this email. You are instructed to print this letter, thoroughly read it, sign it, and email the signed offer letter back to us. Following that, you will be paid to purchase the equipment from the Company's approved Vendors.
Please keep in mind that if you accept this job offer, the following equipment will be provided to you to help you set up your home office; the funds necessary for the equipment will be made available to you prior to purchase and delivery.
*iMac Pro eight-core, 3.2GHz processor includes 27-inch 5K display HP LaserJet Pro M15w Printer. External hard drive/backup system. Headset with microphone. Networking and router capabilities. Surge Protectors and Automated Time Tracker.
After equipment purchase has been made, the company's accredited Vendors will make the delivery of the equipment to you at your place or at a post office near you depending on your preference. A senior system administrator from the company will also be assisting you with the equipment set up, however this will be done virtually. You will be working 10-40 hours a week and the working hours with the company are very flexible. You can choose to work anytime. This is also an ongoing position till you resign.
You are to attach to this document a copy of your valid front and back ID for employment confirmation and email back with the signed offer letter.
After signing this offer letter, the check to pay for the equipment listed above for your mini office will be emailed out to you, then you will begin training as soon as you take delivery of the equipment.
Note: Upon signing of this contract with the company you are bound by LAW to not destroy any of the company's property i.e.: Equipment sent and delivered to you for your work or Check sent to you for payment. Contravening any of these rules will render this contract null and void and penalties will be incurred.
