I placed an order that processed my account on March 1, according to their website, shipping should take 5 to 9 days. I contacted them via the phone number I provided on the 16th. They said they would get back to me shortly. Seven days had gone by and I didn’t hear anything from them. That’s when I contacted them via email. They said that the item was delivered on March 4. I checked all my resources and the package had not been delivered. I stated to them and they stopped communicating with me. I’ve disputed the charge on my bank account
